Insulation and vapor protection

Our houses are equipped with PIR insulation 100 mm thick coated with aluminum foil on both sides.

This material has the best characteristics among other heaters. It perfectly retains heat, durable, eco friendly and fire resistant.

PIR (Polyisocyanurate) insulation is better than other types of insulation for several reasons:

  • High Thermal Performance: PIR insulation has a highest level of thermal resistance, which means it can effectively prevent heat transfer. This results in better energy efficiency and reduced heating and cooling costs.

  • Lightweight and easy to handle: PIR insulation is lightweight, making it easy to handle and install in various areas such as roofs, walls, and floors.

  • Durable: PIR insulation is resistant to moisture, fire, and pests, making it a durable option for long-term use.

  • Eco-Friendly: PIR insulation is made from renewable resources and does not contain harmful chemicals, making it a more environmentally friendly option compared to other types of insulation.

Protection against steam penetration into the wall

Our houses are perfect for any climatic conditions. Thanks to the special design of the wall, in winter the house keeps the heat inside, and in the summer it does not let the heat inside the house.

The wall perfectly resists the penetration of steam. The design includes several degrees of protection against waterlogging.

  1. Interior panel

  2. Vapor barrier film

  3. Aluminum foil

  4. PIR isolation

  5. Ventilated space between wall and facade.

All these layers protect the house, retain heat, save energy, and prolong the life of the structure.
