Consent to the processing of personal data
1. I hereby give my consent to NVI Construction s.r.o., registered at Narodni 14, Prague 1, Nove Mesto, ID: 07410085 (hereinafter referred to as the "administrator"), in accordance with Decree No. 679/2016 on the protection of personal data of individuals (hereinafter "GDPR") processes the following personal data:

2. This personal data must be processed for marketing purposes, i.e. solicitation for the sale of houses and land, e-mail marketing. The data will be processed by the administrator for 3 years or until the consent is withdrawn.
3. I give my express consent to the above processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to mail@nvidomes.com or a letter to the contact address.
4. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, but personal data can also be processed by these processors for the Administrator.
