Facade

The facade of the house is made of 4 мм aluminum composite panels. ACPs are composite materials made of two thin aluminum sheets sandwiching a core material, typically made of polyethylene or mineral-filled core. Here are some of the characteristics of ACPs:

  • Lightweight: ACPs are lightweight, making them easy to transport, handle and install.

  • Durable: The aluminum sheets provide excellent resistance to impact, weathering, and corrosion.

  • Versatile: ACPs can be cut, bent, and shaped into a variety of forms, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.

  • Easy to maintain: ACPs are low maintenance and can be cleaned easily with soap and water.

  • Fire resistance: ACPs have good fire resistance and are self-extinguishing.

  • Design flexibility: ACPs come in a variety of colors, finishes, and textures, providing design flexibility and the ability to match existing building aesthetics.

  • Environmentally friendly: ACPs are recyclable, making them an environmentally friendly choice for building and construction projects.

Various colors are available. Also panels can be fireproof for areas with a high risk of wildfires.

Aluminum composite panels. Layers and technology.

Aluminum composite panels (ACP) are made up of multiple layers that are combined to create a strong and versatile building material. The main components of ACP include:

  1. Aluminum sheets: The aluminum sheets form the outer layer of the ACP panel and provide protection against the elements. The aluminum sheets are usually made of high-quality aluminum alloy, which is strong, durable, and resistant to corrosion.

  2. Core material: The core material is sandwiched between the two aluminum sheets and is typically made of polyethylene (PE), mineral-filled core (MF), or fire-resistant core (FR). The core material provides insulation and stability to the panel, and also helps to reduce its weight.

  3. Adhesive layer: A special adhesive is used to bond the aluminum sheets and core material together. This adhesive layer must be strong and durable to ensure the ACP panel remains intact and secure over time.

  4. Protective film: Some ACP panels are equipped with a protective film on the surface to protect against scratches, dents, and other types of damage during transport and installation.

The combination of these layers makes ACP an ideal material for building and construction, offering a range of benefits such as low weight, high strength, fire resistance, weather resistance, and thermal insulation. The thickness of the aluminum sheets, core material, and adhesive layer can vary depending on the specific requirements of the application, and can be customized to meet the specific needs of each project.
